Goal of the Science Underground Academy as well as UR Institute is to promote & incubate harmonic development of Science, Art, Industry, Nature & Technology through hybridisation of these domains, research & development.
We could say that S.A.I.N.T. concept, coined by UR Institute, represents our mission & vision.
We are proud to announce that this year on the last day of the Academy we also hosting S.A.I.N.T. (Science/Art/Industry/Nature/Technology) science+art cafe open for public, as an additional activity to Science Underground Academy.
S.A.I.N.T. cafe is scheduled for Tuesday – 20.August, from 10:00 – 12:00
The conference will consist of a short presentation of the S.A.I.N.T. concept, UR Institute interdisciplinary research, development & education activities in S.A.I.N.T. fields, presentation of the current era of Post-Anthropocene, followed by informal open panel discussion.
All lecturers as well as participants of Science Underground Academy 2019 and citizens are invited to take a part in the open informal discussion on S.A.I.N.T. related topics (Emerging technologies, Novel creative industries, New media Age, Evolution of science, art, culture & society, Biotechnology & Techno-biology, Sustainable development, Green economy & Post-consumerism).
S.A.I.N.T. Cafe is open for public.
